Do you ship worldwide?
We currently ship to the UK, EU, USA, Canada and Australia. If you live outside of those markets and wish to purchase, please get in touch via info@hotel-soap.com and we may be able to work something out.
Do you distribute your print editions yourself?
No, we work with our partner theprintspace, who manufacture the prints and handle postage etc. All prints are currently produced in high quality, open editions — on demand. Please contact info@theprintspace.co.uk for shipping and handling related enquires.
What is your environmental policy?
Hotel Soap is committed to working as responsibly as possible and to reducing environmental impact where practical. Wherever possible, production is kept within the UK in order to support local suppliers and reduce transport.
At present, vinyl is manufactured using virgin PVC, as lower-quantity alternatives (such as bio-vinyl) at the required quality level remain outside the label’s budget. This being said, we also use elasticStage for open editions of every title in our catalogue. These are made using a bio-vinyl alternative and feature plainer packaging than the limited editions we sell directly. The elasticStage open editions are made on demand, per order, as a way of keeping all titles in print. If you have any enquires relating to an elasticStage order, please contact them using their online form.
T-shirts are produced from pure cotton and printed using water-based inks, with garments that are WRAP certified, Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified, and PETA-approved vegan. The label intends to keep improving these processes over time as more sustainable options become viable.
We also use paper-based mailers for all products, which are fully recyclable.
What is your AI policy?
Hotel Soap does not permit its catalogue or any associated materials, including recordings, compositions, artwork, texts, metadata, video and imagery to be used in the training, testing or operation of generative AI systems. No licence or consent is granted for the scraping, ingestion, replication or synthetic use of these works by artificial intelligence platforms or related machine learning technologies without prior written permission.
