What is your environmental policy?

Hotel Soap is committed to working as responsibly as possible and to reducing environmental impact where practical. Wherever possible, production is kept within the UK in order to support local suppliers and reduce transport. At present, vinyl is manufactured using virgin PVC, as lower-quantity alternatives (such as bio-vinyl) at the required quality level remain outside the label’s budget. T-shirts are produced from pure cotton and printed using water-based inks, with garments that are WRAP certified, Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified, and PETA-approved vegan. The label intends to keep improving these processes over time as more sustainable options become viable.

We also use paper-based mailers for all products, which are fully recyclable. 

What is your AI policy? 

Hotel Soap does not permit its catalogue or any associated materials, including recordings, compositions, artwork, texts, metadata, video and imagery to be used in the training, testing or operation of generative AI systems. No licence or consent is granted for the scraping, ingestion, replication or synthetic use of these works by artificial intelligence platforms or related machine learning technologies without prior written permission.
